  • What is your background?                                                           I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I been counseling for 9+years. I have also experienced infertility and I have experienced IVF.

  • Do you have a physical office?                                            No. I provide services online only.

  • Can i speak to you about the services you offer before booking at appointment?

       Yes. You can schedule a free clarity call

  • What is a clarity call?                                                         A clarity call is a free 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit before starting the coaching relationship or therapeutic relationship (for therapy). During the call you can ask any other questions you may have about my services.

  • When do I pay for services?

       After you book your appointment​, an invoice will be            sent you at least 24 hours prior to the appointment              time. If no payment is collected at the due time of at             least 24  hours prior to appointment time, the meeting       will be automatically cancelled.

  • Do you offer couples counseling?                                                                No

  • Do you offer therapy for children and adolescents?                             No

  • Do you offer therapy and coaching at the same time?               Based on ethical standards by the Composite board of professional counselors, It would be unethical to offer therapy and coaching at the same time because it is considered a dual-relationship. Please note that I also do not offer both services one after the other, for the same reasons because of ethical standards. 

  • What if i need to cancel an appointment?                                                  Please let me know by email 24 hours in advance. There is a $25 fee for no shows.

  • Do you only do therapy for individuals going through IVF alone?        No. Please refer to services to see all that I offer

  • Do you take insurance?                                                                                          I am a private pay provider  therefore I do not take insurance. I can create a super bill for you to give to your insurance provider; however, you may want to discuss with them about coverage before our first session.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale?                                                             Not at this time

  • Can you provide online therapy for individuals who live outside of Georgia?                                                                                                                 No. I am licensed to counsel individuals in Georgia only; however, I can provide IVF support coaching to anyone living anywhere in the world.

  • I have never tried online therapy. How do I know it's effective? Great question! Studies show that online therapy can be just as effective as in person therapy. 

  • How do I get prepared for a teletherapy session with you?  

  • Book your appointment ​

  • You must have one of the following: A computer, laptop, tablet, android phone, or iPhone (if you computer has no video built in it, you can purchase a web cam)

  •  Make sure you have reliable internet connection (wireless or cable).

  • Find a private room with minimal distractions (preferably no distraction). Bathrooms, shared bedrooms, in a public place, or while driving are not secure enough for a private session and are therefor discouraged.

  • Minutes before the session, you will receive an email from me giving you instructions on how to start your session. 

  • Session begins!

  • Are you a life coach?                                                                      I am not a life coach. My coaching service is only to support women who are going through an IVF cycle or FET cycle.

  • Can i terminate the coaching process at any time?        Yes. Please refer to the refund policy.

  • Do you only offer your coaching to Georgia residents? I can provide my coaching services to anyone living anywhere in the world! 

  • How do i get prepared for a coaching session with you?

  2. You can choose if you want to do the couching sessions by phone or by video.

  3. If you choose video sessions, make sure you have a reliable device (such as tablet, laptop, computer, android phone, and iphone) that has video options. Minutes before the session, you will receive an email from me giving you instructions on how to start your session.

  4. If you choose to do phone sessions, I will call you at the phone number you provide at our scheduled appointment time.
